Welcome To Essex Koi & Aquatics, we are specialists in Japanese Koi, hand-picked and 'A' Grade Israel Koi from Magnoy Fish Farms.

All of our Koi are quarantined / acclimatised for a minimum of 4 weeks. This began as a hobby of mine since I was young boy, passed on through my Granddad who used to breed fish. The hobby turned into business which we started in Romford in 2004/2005. The business grew rapidly and we soon out-grew the premises. We then moved to Bradwell-On-Sea and continue to expand.
We have built a strong relationship with all of our customers due to our growing reputation for quality fish and knowledge within the industry.
In the near future our aim is to provide mud ponds as our own growing-on facility. This will allow us to hold a much larger stock of Koi for sale.
Since moving to Bradwell, and with more space available, I have been able to pursue my other hobby of keeping stingrays. I have kept stingrays for over 8 years and we will soon have a specialized facility dedicated to stingrays. All of our rays are fully quarantined and acclimatised for a minimum of 1 - 4 weeks prior to sale. During this quarantine / acclimatisation period, each ray has their feeding closely monitored to ensure that they are well nourished; we do not sell any rays that are not feeding well.
